These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GeoAgent software platform and related services (the "Service") operated by Stadion Ai Systems ("Stadion Ai", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
GeoAgent is a software platform designed to assist users in extracting, processing, and generating geometry or related outputs from user-provided documents and data. The Service provides tools intended to assist professional workflows, but it does not replace professional judgment or licensed services.

The Service is an assistive tool and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for engineering, surveying, legal, or regulatory decisions.
Outputs generated by the Service are produced automatically by software systems using information provided by users. These outputs may contain errors, omissions, or assumptions depending on the input data. Users must independently review, verify, and validate outputs before relying on them for professional or operational purposes.
Users retain ownership of all documents, files, and materials uploaded to the Service ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant Stadion Ai a limited license to process and store that content, and to transmit the text extracted from it to our Ai model provider where processing requires it, solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The same limited permission applies to information derived from your User Content — such as the text read from it and the geometry interpreted from that text — for as long as that derived information is retained under the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy. The permission ends when the relevant content is deleted under that schedule. It grants no right to use your User Content, or anything derived from it, for any other purpose.
We do not claim ownership of User Content.
We do not use User Content to train or fine-tune Ai models, and we do not license, sell, or disclose it to third parties except to the service providers described in our Privacy Policy or where required by law.
You are responsible for the outputs you rely on. You may use, modify and distribute the outputs the Service generates from your User Content without further permission from us.
You represent that you have the legal right to upload and process any User Content through the Service.

The Service, including its software, algorithms, interfaces, and design, is the property of Stadion Ai Systems and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except as explicitly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the Service. These restrictions do not apply to User Content owned by users.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, object storage, payment processing, Ai model inference, and error monitoring. The providers actually in use, and what each receives, are identified in our Privacy Policy. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and Stadion Ai is not responsible for their performance or policies.
Provider availability, pricing and behaviour can change. If we change a provider that receives content derived from User Content, we will update the Privacy Policy.
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe; Stadion Ai does not receive or store your payment card details. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Pricing changes will take effect with at least 30 days notice. Failure to pay subscription fees may result in suspension or termination of access.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Stadion Ai may issue refunds or credits at its discretion.
We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may experience downtime due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external infrastructure failures. Stadion Ai shall not be liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support. Please download any outputs you wish to keep before requesting termination.
Account deletion begins with a 30-day recovery period, after which the account and the customer content associated with it are permanently removed. Limited non-content records — billing history, security logs, and a record that deletion occurred — are retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Stadion Ai is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including infrastructure failures, natural disasters, or government actions.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service must be brought individually and not as part of a class action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
