Each result includes:

Completion Score — how much of the document became usable geometry
Closure — whether the boundary meets your tolerance
Interpretation — whether calls that could be read more than one way were resolved

A flagged result names what to verify and holds its download until you resolve the flag.

What document types can I upload? +

GeoAgent accepts survey plats, deeds, legal descriptions, and exhibits. Supported formats include PDF, Word documents, scanned images (PNG, JPG, TIFF), and plain text files.

What output formats are available? +

Completed documents produce a DXF, a PNG preview, and a closure report. Documents flagged for manual review hold their download until the flag is resolved. Precision and Enterprise tiers also include GeoJSON, KML, Shapefile (SHP), and CSV exports.

How accurate are the results? +

GeoAgent is a drafting accelerator, not a replacement for field verification. Every result includes closure metrics, and documents whose closure exceeds tolerance, or whose calls can be read more than one way, are flagged rather than guessed at. All output should be reviewed by a licensed professional.

What happens to my documents? +

Your documents stay yours. Connections are encrypted in transit (TLS). The working copy of an uploaded file is removed once processing reaches a final state — whether it succeeded, completed with issues, or failed. Information derived from your document, and the outputs generated from it, are retained for 30 days and then deleted automatically. We do not use your documents to train or fine-tune models, and we keep customer content out of our operational logs and monitoring. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

How does GeoAgent use Ai? +

Deliberately, and under controls. Once the calls in your document are known, the boundary geometry is computed deterministically. External Ai is invoked only in specific processing paths — for example when a description can be read more than one way, or during certain quality checks. When an Ai step runs, GeoAgent sends the extracted text, not your uploaded file or image bytes. For the Stadion Ai organization, our model provider's settings disable storage of prompts and responses, training on our data, and passthrough to further providers. Where a result is uncertain, GeoAgent flags it for professional review rather than guessing.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and keep access through the end of the billing period.

What is Ultra Ai Review? +

Advanced Closure Review runs when the first boundary does not close or when you request a deeper check. It tests other curve directions and call sequences, removes invalid results, and shows the best options side by side. You choose which result to keep.
